Supporting the operationalization of the Temporary Reception Center Lipa
Bosnia and Herzegovina is a transit route for many refugees and migrants coming to Europe.
The BiH authorities are faced with the fact that, at any moment, there are several thousand migrants in the country who need to be taken care of permanently or temporarily.
With the support of various international donors, including the EU, Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, significant efforts have been made to support the BiH authorities in addressing the growing needs for accommodation, humanitarian aid, and protection of migrants.
The complexity of the migrant crisis is further intensified by the impact of the global COVID 19 virus pandemic.
